INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA DENTAL PRACTICE FOR SALE

Due to a medical situation, and after 35 years of dentistry, I have decided to close my practice and either sell the practice with everything included or sell just the equipment and supplies. I HAVE PRICED IT TO SELL. 4 operatories, 3 wall xray units and a stand up Panorex machine. Practice is ready to go. Thousands of charts go with the practice. Everything is just the way it was when I saw my last patient last week. I have tax returns that show this practice had a 6 figure net on a 2 day week with myself and one employee.

Options:
1. $25,000 for the dental and office equipment +supplies (move to storage or your location)
2. $35,000 for the dental and office equipment +supplies, good will, patient charts, etc. You take over the practice immediately
3. Option 2 above and we work something out on the rent and I save this for you until you are licensed. I have thru May 31, 2013 left on my lease. Landlord wants a dentist in this space and will be flexible with a new dentist.I will sell on contract with very reasonable terms as I AM MOTIVATED TO SELL THIS ASAP.
